Our service is 100% free for homeowners. We earn a small referral fee from plumbers when they accept a job, but this never affects the quote you receive.

Must carry public liability insurance (minimum $10M) and workers compensation insurance. We check certificates annually.
Experienced
Minimum 5 years in business serving Melbourne homeowners. No brand-new businesses still learning on the job.
Highly Rated
Must maintain a 4+ star rating from real Melbourne customers. We monitor reviews and remove plumbers who slip below our standards.
Responsive
Must respond to leads within 2 hours during business hours and offer genuine 24/7 emergency service.
Professional
Must provide upfront quotes, clean work practices, and guaranteed workmanship. No cowboys allowed.
How We Make Money (Transparency)
We believe in complete transparency about our business model:
- You submit your plumbing issue through our website or by calling us (100% free)
- We match you with plumbers who are available and experienced with your specific problem
- Plumbers contact you and provide free quotes
- You choose your preferred plumber based on price, availability, and reviews
- The plumber pays us a referral fee (typically $50-150) if they accept the job
Important: The referral fee is paid by the plumber, not you. Plumbers quote you the same price whether they get the job through us or directly. We never mark up prices or take a percentage of the job cost.
Our Commitment to You
- We will ONLY refer licensed, insured, verified plumbers
- We will NEVER charge you a fee for our service

- We will respond to emergency requests within 15 minutes during business hours
